Great Service at a Great Hotel

Our check-in to the hotel had a pleasant surprise. We were upgraded and due to the fact that we had to wait for the room, Murad the Asst. Front Desk Manager, gave us two drink vouchers. The room was excellent and provided a nice view. Pool and hot tub were also used and enjoyed!

Three separate stays and still the charm!

stayed here twice (a week each) in March and April. I was here to do some teaching at the local hospital. My room was great and I tried to eat my meals at the Tria due to the great food and friendly staff. I want to thank the front desk, Marty (at the front door), Mark, Tricia, Jeff, Paul, and Joycelyn (from Tria) and the gal in the Concierge lounge! Everyone does a great job. It's nice when folks remember your name. I will stay here in a heartbeat!! More..

Highly Recommend

My daughter and I stayed here for a concert in the area. I was very impressed. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. The room service dining was excellent. Hotel room was very cleanly. I would highly recommend this hotel. I will be going back.
