Classy Property

My wife and I really enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel. It is very clean and quiet and the art work in the common areas adds to the upscale experience. We found the entire staff to be competent and eager to help in any way. I also felt it was quite a bargain in comparison to other properties around the state. Very convenient to The Henry Ford Museum. Be sure to check out the packages they offer

Quiet and Luxurious

Very quiet and comfortable, l was right beside the elevators and it was still quiet. l love the art work all around the hotel and you can buy the paintings as well.. Staff were friendly and accommodating

over hyped

The hotel is very nice and busy. The staff was wonderful and helpful. I can tell the hotel gets a lot of business traffic. The pricepoint and ammenities and breakfast etc clearly cater to a corporate traveler. Its not worth what they are charging, if you have points to cash in then I'd do that. The location is great for the Henry Ford & Greenfield Village. My biggest complaint is with the rooms. The hotel is about 40 years old, and the rooms are updated but the bathrooms are small by todays standards. I don't know how they can update them with the space limitations, but they need to get away from a tub- the door to the bathroom takes up so much space. They need to update with a sliding door and get a stall shower in there somehow. The breakfast was good. I didn't eat dinner at the restaurant. Don't pay for the valet, that $25 and ridiculous when the parking lot is right next to the hotel

Very Nice Hotel with a Great Staff

Very nice mid-upscale hotel with decent access to Dearborn sights. Although not as close to the Henry Museum and other venues as I would have liked, the Bell staff made up for that with excellent personal car service to the museum, local restaurants, and the AMTRAK station when we left. The room was very good, comfortable and clean. The Atria restaurant was OK for dinner, but lacked ambiance. A property like this should have a nicer restaurant and a second eating location for breakfast duty. We enjoyed eating out in town much more
